 Bryan the owner, comes from a family of skilled craftsman.  His grandfather was a fine builder in the Chicago-land area.  His father was equally skilled in building craftsmanship and added a second story to one of his houses, and porch and extensive remodeling to another.  Bryan therefore grew up in an environment where craftsmanship was key; building knowledge and technique easy for him to come by in his early years. He had spent as much time building and learning about building craftsmanship as he did at play.  He also began to enjoy the satisfaction from a job well done at his work.  Along the way, he also learned the value of having great tools that could do the best job, and also the importance of caring for those tools to put them at their best.

Bryan graduated from college with a Marketing degree, and pursued an excellent career in Sales and Marketing.  However, something seemed to be missing from his life.  He missed the satisfaction from building craftsmanship and yearned to again practice his extensive skills in that field.  He therefore began the company Premier Improvement, and has since been its heart and soul for marketing, sales, and in fact assurance that craftsmanship skills will always be a trademark of his business.

The People

Premier Improvement carries the unique capability to expand its workforce through several other fine building craftsman.  Depending on the job at hand, the size of it and the speed required, and the wishes of the customer, various craftsman of exceptional skills can be added as needed.  Of course, all of these added craftsmen must pass the very high standards of Premier Improvement to be on the team.  The complex jobs that require the highest skills are always done with the most qualified of Premier Improvement's team.

The Tools

One cannot build or remodel a fine product without the usage of fine tools.  Having the finest tools to do the highest quality work has always been at the heart of Premier Improvement's beliefs.
